Physical description: Tall and thin, his red hair has paled over the years to a strawberry blonde. His hair is short, more to appease his wife than his mother, and he's lost the earring since he married. His eyes are reminiscent of his father's.

How do people perceive this character: He sometimes takes on too much responsibility, but he cares for those around him and is immensely loyal to his friends and family. Although the number of risks he takes has declined in recent years, some people, especially those that knew him in his youth, fear he can be reckless.
Greatest fear: Losing his family.
Greatest passion: To make sure his son has a safe and loving childhood (with lots of siblings).

Describe the character's personal history (however brief or extensive):

Born during Voldemort's first rise to power, Bill's early life was marked by tragedy and cautiousness. It often fell to him to take responsibility of his younger siblings while his mother was often laid up, being pregnant. He can remember celebrating when Harry Potter destroyed the Dark Lord, but since meeting the man, the memory has soured a bit. He entered Hogwarts September 1st, 1981 and was promptly sorted into Gryffindor. He did well in school, becoming a prefect in his fifth year. He earned 12 OWLS and was appointed as Head Boy in his seventh year. His best subjects were charms and transfiguration.

After leaving Hogwarts he was hired by Gringotts as a curse breaker and sent to Egypt. In 1995, he asked for a transfer to the London branch to be closer to his family and help fight against the second rise of Voldemort. There he became acquainted with the Beaubaxton's champion, Fleur Delacour, whom he met the year before at the Triwizard Tournament. They married August 2, 1997 at the Burrow, after some reservations by his mum and sister.

On July 3th, 2003, his son, Fabian, was born. Bill couldn't be more happy, but wonders how his parents were able to raise seven (reasonably) normal children, but he can't wait to have another (half dozen), but just don't tell Fleur that. He's currently sleep deprived as his son is a night owl and he prefers his mornings (and has since his days before Hogwarts).
